Spring 2019 Schedule

April Session commencing the week of April 1st and ending the week of April 23rd.

May session commencing the week of May 21st and ending the week of June 18th, 

All classes taking place at Suite #4 150B Oliver Street Williams Lake BC , directly above Woodlands Jewellers, unless otherwise noted.

All prices include GST.

Mondays  May 27 to June 22 (no class June 3)

Essential Pilates  5:15 pm to 6:05 pm

A mat work Pilates class perfect for those new to the practice of Pilates.  Lesson will focus on the fundamental of breath, contraction control, alignment, core strength, mobility, and functional movement.  An excellent compliment to any fitness regime and an effective movement routine for individuals dealing with back pain, joint instability, and general physical de-conditioning.

Tuesdays May 21 to June 18:

Mixed Pilates  12:05 pm to 12:55 pm

A mixed level Pilates mat work class incorporating multiple props and challenging yet fun exercise combinations. Previous Pilates experience is requires.

Hatha Yoga   4:00 pm to 5:00 pm 

A well rounded yoga practice that focus on strength and flexibility with breath work and brief meditation practices.

April session $50.40

A Deeper Practice  5:15 pm to 6:45 pm

A yoga practice for students with previous yoga experience. This 90 minute class will include  pranayama ( breath work), asana practice, meditation and deep relaxation.  Postural  sequences will be geared to a more experience yogi.

May session May 28th to June 18th 4 sessions : $67.20

Wednesdays  May 22 to June 19:

Men's Strength and Stretch   5:15 pm to 6:05 pm

A men's only class that will build on exercises from the previous session to assist participants with their increasing their mobility, core strength, muscular strength and endurance.

May session $63.00

Fusion  6:15 pm to 7:05 pm

A combination class that blends Yoga and Pilates to create a balances mind body movement class.

May session $63.00

Thursdays  May 23 to June 20:

Fascial Release and Rolling 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm

A Pilates based class that incorporates full  body movements geared to creating fascial release and increased mobility.  Movements will be complimented with ball rolling to create a deeper sensation of tension release.  This class is open to all levels.

- Drop in $15.75  taxes incl.

- Drop in to Hatha75 (75 minute class) is $19.00 taxes incl.

- Punch Card 50 is 6 visits to  50 or 60  minute classes for $88.20 taxes incl.

- Punch Card 75 is 6 visits to 75 minute class for $100.80 taxes incl.

- Payment accepted in cash, cheque , e-transfer, *credit card (payment by credit card will have an added $5.00 user fee)

- For all New Comers your first class is FREE!!

- Minimum of 4 participants are required for class to run.
